Participation in the Game is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By participating, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Fictional Content Disclaimer

The Game features original characters, narratives, and scenarios inspired by Dan Brown’s book The Secret of Secrets.

All characters, names, identities, and storylines presented in the Game are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, actual events, or real entities is purely coincidental and unintentional.

The Game is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any existing literary works, authors, or intellectual property rights holders unless explicitly stated.

3. No Purchase or Sweepstakes

The Game is offered for entertainment purposes only.

• No purchase is necessary to participate.
• The Game does not constitute a sweepstakes, lottery, or contest of chance.
• Participation does not guarantee any prize of monetary value.

4. Rewards and Discount Codes

Participants who successfully complete the Game may receive exclusive promotional discount codes (“Codes”).

• Codes may be redeemed for select offers related to travel or experiences in Czechia.
• Codes have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Additional terms and expiration dates may apply to each Code.

5. Data Collection and Use

By participating in the Game, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You may be asked to provide personal information (such as name, email address, and other relevant details).
• Your information will be shared with Czech Tourism.
• Your information may be used for marketing, promotional communications, and future outreach related to travel, tourism, and related services.

By playing the Game, you expressly consent to receive such communications. You may opt out at any time in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Privacy

Personal data provided as part of the contest will be used exclusively:

• to conduct and evaluate the contest
• to send the CzechTourism newsletter (up to once a month) with information about traveling in the Czech Republic and information about the project

By providing an email address, the participant agrees to receive the CzechTourism or Czech Specials newsletter.

If the participant does not wish to receive the newsletter, they can indicate this directly on the form:

• I do not wish to receive the CzechTourism or Czech Specials newsletter.

The participant may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and request the deletion of their personal data. Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable EU regulations (GDPR).

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the Game, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and gameplay design, is the property of the Game operators or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Game without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• The organizers are not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or errors that may affect participation.
• The organizers are not liable for any damages arising from participation in or inability to access the Game.

9. Modifications

The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Game or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.
